About Clinch

Last updated 29 August 2026

Clinch makes NFC business cards that open a live profile when they touch a phone. The card is the durable half; the profile behind it is the part that keeps working after your job title changes.

What we make

Three ranges, all cut and finished in Mumbai. Professional is soft-touch PVC with a raised mark. Elite is a stainless steel core with a polished rim and a coated face, the mark cut into the surface rather than printed on it. Reserve is plated and hand-finished in small batches.

Behind every card is a hosted profile with your contact details, your work history and your links. Tapping the card to any phone opens it. There is no app to install on either side, and a QR code on the back covers the phones that cannot tap.

Why we built it

The NFC cards sold in India are mostly imported. They ship from Europe by way of Dubai, arrive after a week and a half, and often land with a customs charge the buyer was never warned about. They also miss the things that matter here: WhatsApp is not in their field list, and neither is UPI.

Clinch is cut here, priced in rupees, and built so that WhatsApp is the first button a person sees when your card opens on their phone.

Who runs it

Clinch Cards is operated by Clinch Technologies, based in Mumbai, India. It is a small operation — cards are etched in batches and orders are handled directly, which is why the support address reaches a person rather than a queue.
