Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the sale of Clinch cards and the use of the profile service at clinch.cards. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who you are contracting with
Clinch Cards is operated by Clinch Technologies, Mumbai, India ("we", "us"), registered for GST under GSTIN 27CJIPC1195F1ZC. Contact: dipesh@clinch.cards, +91 83560 05671.
2. The product
A Clinch card is a physical NFC card that, when held against a phone, opens a profile page hosted by us. Each card is encoded with a token that identifies the card. That token resolves to whichever profile the card is currently assigned to, which means a card can be reassigned without being reprinted.
Cards are made to order and bound to your account before dispatch. Colours shown on this site are photographed as accurately as we can manage, but screens vary and small batch-to-batch variation in finish is normal and is not a defect.
3. Orders and prices
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST; nothing is added at checkout. A GST tax invoice is issued for every order paid on or after 24 September 2026, and a business that gives its GSTIN at checkout receives an invoice in its name for input tax credit. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm the order by email.
If a price is listed incorrectly through an error on our side, we will contact you before charging and you may cancel without penalty. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an address cannot be delivered to or a payment is flagged — and will refund it in full.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We do not see or store your card or UPI details. Your order is not confirmed until Cashfree confirms the payment.

6. Returns
Because the cards are made to order and bound to your account, returns are limited to manufacturing defects and damage in transit. The returns and refunds page sets out the process and forms part of these terms.
7. The profile service
A live profile is included with a card at no additional charge and no time limit. Clinch+ is an optional paid tier that adds the premium profile layouts, more profiles including a business page, unlimited design changes, and alerts when someone connects. Clinch+ is included with every card for a set period — six months with a Professional card and twelve months with an Elite card, counted from payment; after that it costs INR 1,999 a year, including GST, if you choose to renew, and your card and profile keep working on the free tier if you do not. Orders placed before 26 September 2026 keep the twelve months they were sold with. It is bought per person and covers every card pointing at your profile.
You are responsible for the content you publish on your profile. You may not use it for anything unlawful, for impersonation, or to distribute malware or harmful material. We may suspend a profile that does, and we will tell you why.
We aim to keep the service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, supplier failures and events outside our control can interrupt it.
8. Your account and content
You keep ownership of everything you put on your profile. You grant us only the permission needed to host and display it. You can export the contacts people share with you at any time, and ask us to delete your profile and account from Settings in the app or by contacting us; deleting your profile leaves the physical card unassigned and reusable.
9. Contacts and bookings you receive
When someone shares their details on your profile or books a time with you, you receive their personal information. Use it only to reply to them, meet them or stay in touch as they would expect, and handle it lawfully. Do not sell it or add people to marketing lists without their consent. We may suspend a profile that misuses it.
Booking pages show the times you make available. You are responsible for keeping your availability accurate and for the meetings you accept.
10. Google and other services
You can sign in with Google and, if you choose, connect Google Calendar so that your busy times block booking slots and bookings are added to your calendar. Your use of Google is also subject to Google’s own terms. What we access from Google, and what we do with it, is set out in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time from the Appointments page or from your Google Account.
Messages about your orders, sign-in codes and bookings are sent through WhatsApp and email, and payments and deliveries are handled by Cashfree Payments and Delhivery. These services are run by other companies, and we are not responsible for their outages.
Fill from a document (Clinch+) uses an AI model to suggest profile details from a file you choose. Suggestions can be wrong. Check them before you save; nothing is published until you do.
11. Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or missed contacts.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
